Pick Up My Laundry, located in Powder Springs, GA, was conceived by Gail DeLay who was a sandwiched mother of a big family. It seemed that laundry ruled her life and was a source of constant clutter. She thought of the idea while watching her husband pull the trash to the curb.
If only she could pull her laundry to the curb. The notion remained on her mind. She did a few web searches and found that no one was offering such a service in her area. Surely someone else wishes the same thing. So she did some research, created a business plan and the rest is history.
